The growth paradox

Every new way to sell creates a new way for operations to break.

You launch usage pricing. Sales negotiates a ramp. A customer expands mid-term. Finance needs the right bill. Suddenly, the only place the whole story makes sense is a spreadsheet.

01

A new commercial model becomes another manual reconciliation.

02

A custom contract becomes an exception only one person understands.

03

Faster selling creates more downstream cleanup and less confidence.

Growth should expand your business.
Not your operational burden.

One commercial language

Your products, contracts, usage, and billing should understand each other.

RevSpine preserves commercial truth across the entire revenue lifecycle. Change the business model without asking every downstream team and system to reinvent how it works.

Meet Flow

Knows the past. Understands now. Guides what happens next.

Flow brings contract history, adoption, consumption, billing, receivables, and renewal timing into one customer view. It surfaces who needs help, who is ready to grow, and the evidence-backed next action before risk becomes churn.

  • Past Remember what the customer bought and how the relationship evolved.
  • Present Read adoption, usage, billing, receivables, and renewal signals together.
  • Next Guide the right expansion, enablement, renewal, or recovery action.

This customer needs attention before renewal. Adoption has slowed for two periods, an invoice remains open, and the tenant-configured renewal window is approaching.

Meet customers where they are

Keep the systems you trust.
Fix what happens between them.

For scaling teams

The governed layer between your systems

Keep CRM, billing, ERP, metering, and your warehouse as systems of record. RevSpine carries the commercial logic between them so every team works from the same truth.

CRMRevSpineBilling + ERP

Start lean. Integrate as you grow. The commercial truth stays intact.

Trust by design

Governed actions, tenant boundaries, and evidence you can inspect.

RevSpine treats the backend and database as the source of truth. Authorization, approval separation, tenant scope, idempotency, and audit evidence are enforced server-side—not inferred from what a browser happens to show.

Human control

Material actions require an explicit review or confirmation boundary. Self-approval is denied where independent approval is required.

Tenant isolation

Tenant and owner-tenant records use forced PostgreSQL row-level security in addition to application authorization.

Auditable evidence

Governed operations use durable, content-addressed evidence and append-only histories for protected records.

Explainable Flow

Flow answers and recommended actions are grounded in persisted tenant data. Typed Flow remains available when an optional Voice gate is not approved.

Data lifecycle

Public pilot requests require explicit consent and carry a backend-owned retention deadline. Tenant deletion requires an independent approval, unchanged snapshot, and retained deletion receipt.

Integration availability

CRM, billing, ERP, metering, identity, and provider connections are enabled only for configured pilot or production scopes. Illustrative website examples are not claims that a connector is active.

Current boundary: External Voice is gated and is not represented as generally available. Production promotion remains subject to independent security, identity, recovery, and provider evidence.
